  cfol bought: Bosieboo baby monitor
  Extremely poor service all round. Ordered a baby monitor from IViewCameras which was guaranteed to be with me next day. Cancelled the order when it hadn't arrived 5 days later and ordered from elsewhere (Urchin - and it arrived as promised!).
  
  3 months later I am still to receive a refund. In this time I have been assured over the phone that the money was transferred whilstI was on the phone and received an 'invoice' detailing a refund that never happened. Subsequently, been told that it's a 'server problem', promissed numerous times I'd be called back (not ONCE has my call been returned), and told by one person that she had "other customers to deal with and I was on the bottom of the list - she'd get round to me!"
  
  I am still awaiting a refund - hence I would not recommend Babymonitorsdirect / Iviewcameras to anyone.
